Voice and telephony

The dialer that calls for your team and only hands over whoever answered

The system dials the contact list with up to 10 calls at the same time and hands the agent only the call already answered, connected on the service screen.

What you get

  • Dials the contact list by itself
  • Only whoever answered reaches the agent
  • Up to 10 simultaneous calls
  • Call already connected on the service screen
  • Contact record opened right away
  • Result of every call logged
  • Recorded calls
  • Live campaign monitoring
  • Cost and minutes per call
  • History next to the conversations from the other channels
The problem today

Dialing number after number eats up the agent day

The agent spends the day dialing number after number and hits voicemail, busy signals and wrong numbers.

Every unanswered call is paid time of people sitting there waiting for the ring.

Nobody knows how many calls the team made, how many were answered and what came out of each one.

A large contact list takes weeks to go through by hand.

How CINNDI solves it

The agent only talks to whoever answered

The dialer calls the contact list by itself, with up to 10 calls at the same time. Voicemail, busy signals and non-existent numbers are left behind. When someone answers, the call lands already connected on the agent screen, with the contact record open and the history of conversations from the other channels next to it.

01 The team stops dialing: the system dials, and the agent only receives the answered call.
02 Up to 10 simultaneous calls, respecting the line limit of the operation.
03 Every call is recorded and the result is logged in customer service, in the contact record.
04 You choose how to pay for calls: per minute in credits or unlimited during business hours, per agent.
05 An agent is whoever speaks on the phone, not a system user: you can have ten users in customer service and two agents on the phone.

Optional module, released after a review of the operation, added to the monthly fee. Calls are paid per minute, in credits, or unlimited during business hours, per agent.

Common questions

What is the difference between the dialer and the reverse IVR?

In the reverse IVR, the system calls and plays a message with a key menu; whoever presses a key gets a WhatsApp message or is transferred. In the dialer there is no message: the system calls and, when the customer answers, hands the call straight to an agent to talk live.

Does the agent have to keep dialing?

No. The agent stays available on screen and receives the call already answered. The system does the dialing.

How many calls go out at the same time?

Up to 10 simultaneous calls, respecting the line limit contracted for your operation.

Is the call logged?

Yes. Every call is recorded and the result is logged in customer service, next to the history of the contact conversations on the other channels.

How is it charged?

The module adds to the monthly fee. Calls are paid per minute, in credits added in the platform, or unlimited during business hours, charged per agent who speaks on the phone.
